India rejected informal attempt of European union

According to recent affair's updates , India along with Argentina , Brazil and other counting nations rejected an informal attempt of EU. EU basically stands for European union.
To this action , Canada will now to work for a agreement of global investment at World trade organisation (WTO) LEVEL.

The European union (EU) and Canada agreed to this agreement which also incorporates a contentious ISDS mechanism. ISDS stands for Investor-State Dispute Settlement.
The European union (EU) and Canada wanted their investment pact to be same  template multilateral agreement

World trade organisation (WTO)

WTO stands for world trade organisation which is an intergovernmental organization which regulates international trade which was first established on 1 January 1995 .
World trade organization has a membership of 164 participating members state.
The aim of world trade organization is to regulate the trade between all the participating nations.

Investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism

Investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism also known as investment court system (ICS) is a system through which companies that works individually can sue countries for protesting alleged and discriminatry practices.
 Investment disputes can emerge by individual person or corporations and almost all the cases , the investment tribulans are regulates by three arbitrations.
All these practices was known widely by the case of Philip Morris V. Uruguay. In this case a tobacco company Philip Morris protested against and also sued the Uruguay company which was promoting public health that violated terms of laws.
