A deal for Syrian rebel fighters


A deal has been agreed for Syrian rebel fighters to leave enclaves they still holding in eastern Aleppo, Russian ambassador to the UN he said.

It is not clearly seems that the deal applies on civilians, thousands of whom are trapped in the besigheel areas . The rebels are about to defeated in the city after the government has backed offensively by Russia. 

So what about the deal?
• the deal that UN reported is that "it had reliable evidence that in 4 areas 82 civilians are killed " a summary  said by UN's human right office.

Russian ambassador vital churkin said ,"He understood to leave the city from rebels fighter within hours , but the civilians were not included.

He said ,"The arrangements is for the fighters to leave " Nobody is going to harm civilians they can stay or they can go to safe places".

Rebels have confirmed the deal , but suggested that civilians will be included . About 98℅ of city is under control by the government and rebels have control on sukkari and Mashhad.

UNICEF quoted a doctor in the city for the medical treatment of many children's who were trapped in a building , under heavy attack in East Aleppo.
The UN security council is currently holding an emergency meeting to discuss the crisis in Aleppo.
